Er6n Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the er6n platform by all registered users in Malaysia. Please read carefully before registering or using any of the services we offer.

Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, accessing, or using the er6n platform via the website or mobile app, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions contained in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use er6n's services.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and er6n as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
The er6n platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. Users under the age of 18 are not permitted to register or use any of the services offered.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is only permitted to hold one er6n account. Registering multiple accounts to gain additional benefits is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended. Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. er6n reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time.
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and account login details. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the er6n support team immediately at [email protected].
Users are prohibited from using the er6n platform for any unlawful activity, including fraud, money laundering, or any form of system manipulation. The use of automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without written authorisation is strictly prohibited.
Er6n reserves the right to suspend or close a user account without prior notice if there is evidence of a breach of these terms, fraud, use of a false identity, or activity that compromises the integrity of the platform. Any legitimate balance in the account will be processed in accordance with current procedures, subject to any ongoing investigation.
Payment Information & Transactions
All transactions on the er6n platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). er6n does not accept deposits or make payments in foreign currencies. Accepted payment methods include online banking via FPX, and digital wallets GrabPay and Touch 'n Go eWallet.
Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment details entered are accurate. er6n is not liable for any losses arising from incorrect payment information provided by the user.
Minimum deposit amounts and daily or monthly transaction limits are subject to current policy and may change. Users will be notified via their accounts of any changes to these limits. All deposits are credited upon confirmation by the payment provider, and er6n is not liable for any delays on the part of third-party providers.
Withdrawals are processed in accordance with er6n's current procedures. Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal is approved, in compliance with financial regulatory requirements. er6n reserves the right to place a withdrawal on hold if there is suspicion of unusual account activity.
Liability Limitations, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Er6n is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service disruptions, data loss, or betting outcomes. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis, with no implied warranties regarding availability or accuracy of information.
All content on the er6n platform, including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and code, is the property of er6n or its respective licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use such content for commercial purposes without written permission from er6n.
The er6n platform may contain links or integrations with third-party services such as payment providers. er6n is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is at the user's own risk and subject to the respective party's terms.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Right to Amend Terms
Er6n reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the terms will always be displayed on this page. Users are encouraged to check this page periodically to stay informed of any changes. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Where significant changes materially affect user rights, er6n will endeavour to notify users via their accounts with reasonable advance notice.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be interpreted to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, and the remainder of these terms shall continue in full force and effect.
